New kids on the block: The members of the Kanglish group, Urban Lads

Yes, you read that right. Urban Lads is a hip-hop band, and they rap in an interesting mix of Kannada and English. Their second album is Urban Lads Reloaded.

The genesis

Sameer Kulkarni, co-founder of Media Company Cinimage and founder member of the band says, "I am a music composer. I have been composing music for more than 12 years for the Kannada film industry. Rakesh Adiga (the rapper in the group) was the one who sparked the idea of starting a band, and soon Urban Lads was born."

Apparently taken at the end of a demonstration of Chrome OS for Acer, installing the software in just 10 minutes on a formerly Vista Acer Extensa 4620Z laptop, even this early build of the platform showed its speed credentials: a desktop to desktop reboot in around 25 seconds.

Hiding a folder without using any software( in vista)

There are many softwares available to hide a folder. But they are not at all required.
Here i'm going to tell you how to do it without any software.
Right click on the folder you want to hide and select properties, now there is an option hidden, select that and press apply. Now the folder disappears!!

To unhide the folder, goto control panel>appearance and personalization>folder options>show hidden files and folders>under view tab>hidden files and folders>do not show hidden files and folders>press apply and ok. now you can see the folder in diffrent transparency level compared to other folders. Right click on the folder unselect hidden. thats it!

Note:again to hide that folder you've to change the modified setting under view tab to show hidden files and folders.

This trick works on computers having multiple core processors.
Usually by default windows uses only single processor while booting. If you have multiple core processor you can speed up the booting using all your processors rather using just one!
to do this
goto start menu,select Run,type the following code msconfig press enter; now a window will appear. there you can see boot tab, select that then advanced options under boot tab, again a new window will appear; now you can see an option showing number of processors.
Set number of processor according to your system(eg.if you've dual core set it at 2). Press ok then apply to save the settings!

( I tested this in Vista)
